هو مصطلح يشير الى سوق عمل الذي يجري إسناده وتسليمه عبر سوق رقمي (أي عبر المنصة الرقمية)، وغالبًا تكون تلك الخدمات مرتبطة بفترة موقوتة لإتمام مهام معين. اقترح المشاركون بالورشة الخامسة (القاهرة) استخدام هذه الترجمة، والتي قد تكون متداولة ضمن الحوار المترجم للإعلام الرسمي في مصر.
